We have an organic garden that offers (according to season) a host of fresh vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, peppers, eggplant, apples, plums. Bee keepers can provide delicious honey and there is constant supply of eggs, fresh cow, goat and sheep milk from small farmers, yogurt, cheese and traditional meat products. Should I mention that we never miss a chance to share our homemade jam!
